I've been going here for years & I've noticed when I pay for things like rust inhibitor , polish wax & hot wax, the indicator lights usually go on but sometimes they don't. I WENT TODAY, PAID FOR ALL THREE (rust inhibitor , polish wax & hot wax) AND NO LIGHTS CAME ON AND NO pink POLISH came out. I usually complain to manager then they tell me go back around and through the wash again. This time only one light came on when I went a second time (pink polish) , but the other lights DID NOT. So I said to the manager are you sure the wax went on cause I didn't see the wax come out and the lights weren't going on. Normally they are cool with me but today I just think they were trying to piss me off. BE CAREFUL WHAT YOU PAY FOR, IF THE LIGHTS DON'T GO ON, TAKE PICTURES AND THEN SHOW THEM. Why pay for extras if you aren't getting them. I posted pics of the rust inhibitor light & hot wax light not going on after I paid. BE CAREFUL!
The worst car wash I've been to. Got an exterior car wash, paid 9 bucks. No big deal since most exterior washes are for 9 bucks for sedans. However, they refused to wipe down water from the door panels saying that's inside of the car. I've never been to a car wash that did not cleaned the excess water from door panels. Literally the most stupidest policy I have ever heard of. I never asked to get the inside clean just asked the guy to wipe the excess water. Never again am I going to this place again.
Paid $18 for supreme car wash. The interior wash had to include vacuum and polish. The only thing that was cleaned inside were mats. Everything else was left dirty. They didnt touch dashboard or cup holders. They didn't wipe the car properly with the towels. One word: horrible experience. Will never come back again! The owner is making money by hiring undocumented workers who are doing the job for the money they get.
Type of business that will motivate you enough to just wash your own car . Always a problem
This is the worst car wash in Brooklyn. Drove my benz in saw the manager sit half in the car half outside to move it alil. After they were done I tried to move my seat back to my position didn't work. Manager said it was like that. Are u kidding me. I couldn't believe what he was telling me. It got to the point my wife called the cops cause this guy was going crazy yelling and screaming for me to leave and that the seat was broken already. Yeah ok sir 2017 e350 with 38 miles on it. Yeah ok. And the oil change service heard from another customer there said they didn't fill his oil all the way in 3 weeks he oil light was on for low oil. Stay. Lear of this place!! Worst place ever.
