After waiting for 15 minutes on line in my car they told me that the credit card machine is broken, I did not have cash on me so I needed to back out, I asked the guy why they don't have a big sign saying that the CC machine is not working, he said, oh sorry. Very bad customer service. Would not recommend this place at all.
After doing the most expensive VIP option the car still wasn't fully clean the dashboard still had smudges& the windshield still dirty. not very expensive but not the greatest service either.
When I told the guy I want a regular wash he lied me in the face that Credit Card machine not working for the past 2 hours when a minute before he charged the credit card of the car in front of me. He wanted cash only.
Great service and the guys really cleaned my car! It lasted 3 weeks! Will definitely be back! Go early mornings before it gets too busy.
Poor attention to detail. Left the vents dusty. The front grill was not cleaned properly. The worst car wash. You really have to look at the car before you leave and point out to them all the dirt they left behind inside and out.
