There was no good communication between the employees and the customer and any communication devolved into fighting. There was no manager available to get involved, nor would they provide the number or working hours for one.

If you book a basic or mid-level wash they simply run it through the machine and do a terrible job.
I tried the VIP wash which is advertised as $34.95 and sent on my way with no communication. When I got to the register I was charged just under $50!
If you want to go to a car wash that has outdated machines and personnel that claim bird poop is a permanent stain that can't be washed out, well than this is your place
The cashier passed the buck back to the guy at the front of the wash and he tacked on another $10 and pointed to his scribbles all over the paper order form and some tiny print about $10 increases for large SUVs, which my car is not.
The SUV was washed, inside was wiped. all done by people who definitely didn't give a ****. and it shows on my SUV (when I pulled out there were still dirt marks on the doors, dust on the dash, fingerprints on windows, etc....)
