Not sure how to reply but just noted the comment. I do appreciate the reply but I am definitely thinking of the correct location and unfortunately my car was not rewashed. As I am no longer in the area not much that can be done now.
No one is going to wash and dry your car better than yourself. But some places do a better job than others. This place is the latter. There is nothing particularly awful about this place, it's just that the machines handle all the hard work and at the end of it all, the workers hardly take the time to properly dry your car. Sometimes it's better than others, and regardless of where you take your car to wash, you should always finish it off yourself, but there is just no attention given here. I avoid it when I can, but when I'm in a bind, there location is in close proximity to my home. Come on guys, jut care a little more.
Love this place. Only $12 for an amazing wash. Actually cleans all the break dust off of a Ford. The vacum area is great, plenty of room. If you don't bring your own wipes, they have those and many other items you can buy for $1.
High prices. Poor car care techniques. They use normal hand towels on the cars.... nothing soft about that. Microfibers are cheap. Its your business invest in it. However if you want more scratches go as you want and pay a premium price for them. It once was a good car wash. It currently is a poor waste of water and money. Even pointing out dirt and bird droppings asking for a second run got me nowhere. After asking for the second wash and I was told i need a detail. Poor excuse for upselling to clean dirt and droppings that can be washed off.

I go to this car wash often due to the convenience of the location but it is not the best car wash to go to.....my windshields & side mirrors pretty much always require a cleaning right after I leave this car wash. Also there were a few times that my car had a horrible stench from the cleaning clothes used.....but for the most part the car gets cleaned just don't examine it too closely after and you will be pleased with this car wash location!
This place sucks. Every time I go I decide to give it another chance. I have three cars I use at this place and all of a sudden they decide to not give the "free bday carwash" anymore. But more importantly, all of the workers are lazy and can't simply clean a car. Every time I leave the place I have to do extra work myself. For 30$ it's not even close to worth it, plus they end up leaving scratches on your car. Don't waste your time. I know it's the only place in bay ridge, but simply go to Bensonhurst or Staten Island and get a great hand wash and a wax for less the money! Sad but true.
If you have any respect for your car dont go here...they lost there touch!
