Massive upsell on an engine flush that I declined.
In addition, they did not vacuum the back at all, and only superficially parts of the front.
I did an oil change an a wash.
Never do a perfect job always rushing to the next guy and I always have to clean more crumbs out when they’re done. I might be giving a extra star but I’ll leave it to them cus they work fast and are nice
The wash managed to lose one of my carpet mats - after I came back (thankfully I live nearby), they couldn't find it, so they offered to replace it with a pair of cheap plastic ones.
Excellent place to wash your car. The stuff is okay. Washing machines are one of the best here. I would say reasonable prices.
The manager told me that I should have told them where to vacuum (so it was my fault) - and then they re-vacuumed it.
They advertise $39 oil change, but in reality it's $19 more if you want to use bottle oil, standard in other places.
RIP OFF- FALSE ADVERTISEMENT!! Ask before you are serviced!! Oil change is listed as $34.99 and I was charged $76.16 because my car takes synthetic oil. I have never paid over $40 for an oil change. I was in a hurry so I chose this place because it was close to home. If I could give negative stars this review would not even have one. NEVER AGAIN!!!!!

This car wash put an 8" scratch on the hood of my brand new car and refused to own up to it. I noticed it 5 minutes after I pulled right next door in order to continue drying it off. The bald headed African male in charge refused to own up to it, but offered me a free wash. Really? I didn't accept it nor will I ever cross their sorry door step again. This is the only car wash of its size in all of Brooklyn that doesn't bother to offer their customers the 10th wash for free or any other type of loyalty program. Hollywood car wash sucks! Bad! Read all the reviews very carefully or you will be sorry. Just because it looks like a new nickel on the outside doesn't mean a thing. Remember...All that glitters is not gold. Hollywood car wash belongs in the hall of shame.
