My parents bought me a lime green Schwinn Varsity as a graduation present from Grammar School in 1975 from Larry's on Flatbush. Moved to Florida as a kid in 1976. My random search of the old neighborhood shows the same shop, same location still in business... 42 years later. By the way I still have the bike......
Good local bike shop. Employees are courteous and helpful. They sell reasonably priced bikes and repair bikes that customers bring in. They have a good selection of bike parts and accessories. I work nearby so this is where I always go if I need things done right away.
