The best shop in Brooklyn for repairs. Doesn't look like they would handle high-end bikes but Joe is a master mechanic and you can watch him work in the open shop. Everyone is super nice.
Been bringing my bike to this shop for repairs for almost a year. Everyone who works there is very knowledgeable, honest, and are gracious in when answering all my questions. They communicate clearly, set clear expectations for the time it will take to do a repair. My day is brightened going in there - will continue giving them my business.
I highly recommend this bike shop. The guys are great - professional, honest, kind and they do excellent work. I am very thankful.

Incredibly polite and helpful staff! Super courteous and knowledgable. Very fast and sufficient at super fair pricing!!! They explained precisely what they would recommend and why and got it done in no time at exactly the cost they predicted. My new go to store for all about the bike!
