The receptionists are HORRIBLE with customer service and their attitudes are unbelievable (most are in their early 20s). We love Dr. Katie Gryzb, so it's unfortunate that this hospital won't see patients last minute, forcing them to go to Blue Pearl- since they charge a $160 "emergency fee" to their clients if you bring them in without an appt. Guess I'll be looking for a back up vet real quick!
What a lovely place! The staff is incredibly warm, kind, and professional. Both me and my cat were nervous about the appointment and arrived a little stressed out. We were immediately put at ease and left feeling much better. I will definitely be using One Love for all of my future pet care needs!
An excellent Animal hospital and Vet. The veterinary cost are high(reason for the 3 stars), though this could be due to the location cost and/or what the local market is willing to pay.
The plus side was that I was able to make my appointment very quickly and was seen promptly. The staff (at the time) was very friendly and welcoming.... after the check-up the assistant brought in a list of suggested services that were close to a couple thousand dollars. At that time, I realized that this place is just a money-maker. I then decided to just get the rabies vaccine and the stool sample. I paid for all the services up front before leaving the office. ... now almost 4 months later they want to bill me for an additional stool sample. That's ridiculous. They are saying that the only way is to prove I paid it by going into my personal bank account and showing them I paid it. Very poor management. The girl on the phone was extremely rude and continued to talk over me.. very unprofessional. .. I will be taking my services elsewhere in the future.
Great people, even better service. These doctors know what they're doing. I can leave my cats knowing that they are getting the best care possible.
Again great staff, I just don't see anything in the service that justifies the costs versus other vets.
If you are a new pet owner, new to the area and have never given thought to the recommended vaccines, do some research. One Love does include Optional vaccinations in their recommended vaccination packages. These cost plus the standard fee they charge to see your pet add up with a puppy visit easily costing between $500 - $1000.
