Called at 11:30am in a rush, was put on hold for a couple minutes and then told no cars were available. I can say they were nice about it even if they were useless.
First, I must start off with saying professional service, something that doesn't come around that often. I've been taking this cab service for over a year now and each time I used them I was satisfy, they have proven to me what the word reliability and professional service means. It's feel good to know when I call upon them I can count on them being there, I can plan advance trips to pick me up whether it's the airport or simply from work. The prices are reasonable and fair. I give this service a 4 star. Bed Stuy, looking up. I would recommend them every chance I get, I carry their number around with me to have and to give out to anyone in need of a cab. keep up the good work don't change please. by wanda / keema
