I have to travel to JFK airport, from Brooklyn, very early in the morning, the car was on time, and was very clean, the driver was nice and educated, definitely I recommend this service 100%.
Had a terrible experience. The driver was very rude. Only accepted cash, this was not previously communicated. All other car services I've used accept cards. I happen to find cash in my purse, but he was rude when I asked about credit. Just kept saying "only cash" in an annoyed and rude tone. I was also carring a large and awkward item and he didn't offer to open the door or assist. Won't be using this service again. Have had amazing experiences with Eastern car service, use them instead!
I just had a terrible experience with dekalb car service a few minutes ago. I called for a ride to the airport and was told 5 minutes. 15 minutes later there was still no car and the operator told me to look outside he should be there or pulling up shortly. 10 minutes later I called back and he apologized and said 3 more minutes. After 10 more minutes I called an uber, which showed up in less than 5 minutes. I called back and told him to cancel the car and that it was a major inconvenience and the operator was nasty and hung up on me. Never again, long live uber!!!!! Terrible customer service and this could cause me to miss my flight
These guys saved me today. The service was good. I would call them again.
I waited 30 minutes for a cab and it never showed up. I called the base three times and each time I was told, "cab is on its way, give it 2-3 minutes". I ended up taking the bus and was late to work.
