Been traveling with them for YEARS to either Kennedy Or LaGuardia Airports from 12th Street in Park Slope Brooklyn. ALWAYS excellent service. Never missed a flight!!!
What a dumb guy, asking where you go first and then says he does not have any cars. Why bother asking?
Its ok no bargain. Prices seem to change for the same destination
Despite booking in advance to go to the airport on a Friday, driver shows up with 20 minutes delay saying there was traffic. I missed the flight thank to this delay. I called the company afterwards and they denied it happened and didn't give any consideration. Never experienced similar poor service. I won't let this go like this.
Writing this to help other parents of young kids. Avoid this car service if you can: their car seats are in terrible condition, their drivers are incapable of installing them properly and don't even realize that it's an issue. We cancelled and ordered Uber with car seat instead.
