How long for a car to JFK? "15 minutes". Actual, 45 minutes. No thank you.
Was quoted a price this morning from Wilfred who was very nice. Then called back and spoke to someone else who wouldn't honor the price Wilfred gave me, was very rude to me and hung up on me. Horrible customer service.
