These guys are absolutely fantastic. They've been straight-forward and honest with me in every interaction, even to the point of suggesting alternatives that directly result in less business for them. They've made a few major and minor repairs, and in each of those experiences they have explained each component of the cost thoroughly and patiently, and have done everything that they were able to in order to keep the cost as low as possible without sacrificing the long-term effectiveness of the repairs. It's rare to find a shop like this.
