They told me that the van was in good condition, just needed new struts. Then just kinda mentioned after the fact that it needed to get looked at by a transmission guy.
These guys will pass your vehicle off to another shop if they're busy without telling you. They did this to me.
So, they basically duped us into dropping a lot of money on a repair job for a vehicle that isn't worth the necessary transmission repair.
Nothing is worse than an owner who won't own up to screwing up.
