Went in for Jeep front end work, ball joints and stabilizer links, both were installed quickly and at a good price. Did not fix 'clunk' noise or improve steering feel which was my original reason to go to a mechanic. Mostly well done, thank you.
Errol told me car would be done on Tuesday. End of day Tuesday I received no call and no one answered their phone. Wednesday morning no one answered the phone. So I go by to get my car and I am told that I have to wait. I say I can't wait as I have work and I just want to pay and go now. Instead they block me in and refuse to take my payment. He insists that I must take off of work to go and get a rental instead and that I must pay in cash (over a $1000) if I wish to get my car. He then told me that no one is ever taking this car from his shop, "not even the president" and that this is his car now.
Our vehicle broke down about 2 blocks away. The mechanics helped us get it started and drove it to their shop where they replaced the alternator and battery ends. They were honest, reasonably priced, fast and the job was professionally done. It's great to find an honest, local shop and will be back for any future auto work.
