It was a prompt pickup and great customer service. They had great communication too. Ben and his team took amazing care of me and my car. I was connected with Ben through geico but I would definitely call them on my own in the future if ever needed.
The snow was not so nice to me this time. I unfortunately got into and accident and had to get my car towed. Since I had never gotten my car towed before I was quite nervous. A friend of mine who has a workshop recommended me to Ben and Nino. I called them and let me tell you first of their customer service was beyond amazing. The representative on the phone was so helpful and patient with me. Then their tow truck was there in less than half hour which was awesome because I've heard companies take an hour to 2 hours to show up. So that was a relief. They people towing my car were super friendly and made this horrible time a bit easier for me. Thank you Ben and Nino.
My car broke down 2 days ago late night in midwood Brooklyn and after calling numerous companies and waiting for more than 2 hours I called Ben and Nino towing and they were able to come pick my car within 20 mins. They took it to the workshop I asked them to take and charged me a reasonable amount. I hope my car doesn't break down again but if it did in Brooklyn I will know who to call now.
The most miserbale and unprofessional service Ive ever received in my life. Called them for a tow and received an eta of 65mimutes. They never showed up after 3 hours. Had to hire another company. Would give them less than one star if i could. Disgusting
Ben & Nino is the best ever , they saved me when my car was stuck on the side of the highway with a flat. They towed my car to the shop to get my tire replaced. They even washed my car :)
