I love Fairway market. It isn't very close so I don't get there often. The thing that usually sends me there is running out of spices. The dried shallots, according to a family member out West, are the best she has EVER found. So I get asked for a care package every now and then. The cheese selection is amazing too. Especially if you like goat or sheep's cheese they have a great selection. And they have a great natural food selection. I've been making homemade pumpkin seed butter because I couldn't find it in stores and the online price was crazy. They were stocking it today at about half the price of online and similar prices of other high end nut butters. .
I've been going here for YEARS and I will keep coming back - even if it mean a 30 minute drive. Their selection of organic and local produce (and dairy) is amazing. Their bakery is stocked with fresh breaks and other baked goods that are delicious and nutritious. What i really love about this location is their cafe, and outside seating. I love coming with the kids, grabbing a bite to eat and siting outside enjoying the river-view.
This place is huge great food and service every thing is fresh and the prices are decent!!!! But the fruits are expensive and the cold cuts are great the bread is fresh!!! Everything you need is in this store one stop shopping!!!! They have all kinds of cheeses and olives that are fresh and easy to access!!!! The milk and dairy is fresh as well but the prices are ok nothing special!!
This store has just about everything you might need to turn out a culinary masterpiece or just a delightful simple meal. They have the freshest and highest quality ingredients you would ever need. I can't say enough about their bread.The associates are wonderful too. Just an all around pleasant shopping experience.
I love Fairway. They offer a great selection in fruits, vegetables, and a superb cuts of meat from their deli. Occasionally, I will stop by for lunch at their salad bar. The semi-outdoor eating area is great for any sunny summer day when you want to eat outside. The staff is incredibly friendly and good at recommending foods. My one critique of Fairway is that their prices are a bit higher than your average neighborhood grocery shop, but, I believe that it's worth every penny.
