Called ahead of time to make sure they carried what I was looking for. A gentleman informed me that he would check the stock and placed me on hold. I waited 15 minutes and someone else then took me off hold to ask me "how can I help?".... you can imagine the frustration of knowing that I had just wasted 15 minutes waiting on nothing. No sincere apologies. The only reason I like going to local shops is for the personal service - to be treated like this with no genuine appreciation for the business you bring... might as well go to home depot.
A great store to stroll and shop. I always love to go there while in Brooklyn. Anything you need for the kitchen you can find here. Staff is helpful and attentive.
A surprisingly well-stocked little hardware store. It's expensive, but that's expected for the convenience of not having to get to Lowe's or Home Depot. The guys working here are very helpful. In the 100+ times I've been to Tarzian, only once have I had a bad experience with the staff.
