Good customer service
The store has lots of odds and ends, but didn't have what I was looking for. The phone line doesn't work when you try to call ahead. You have to just go there and ask. But the counter guy is knowledgable and nice.
2nd time I went to pick up materials during business hours and the store was closed. Bad business!

The owner, Mr. Guppy is an icon of the neighborhood, and one of the nicest people you will ever meet. If there's any little odds or ends that I need around my house, I will always go here.
