Terrible! If I could rate them 0 stars I would. I reserved a mid size car and when I got there to pick it up they only had this tiny economy car. I have small children and felt this car was truly unsafe for them! High pricing, tiny car, etc. and they don't even have a manager so if you have a complaint no one is there. Ugh! Never again!

competitors had unfair high prices. We've got an upgrade on the car for free and got a discount :) We could trust in their information. In general we would book here again but next time I would prefer booking the car for New York online at home because it is cheaper. Please notice that there is a young driver fee in the us until the age of 25.
Had a nightmare trying to rent a box truck with Budget who cancelled on us the morning of our move. The staff at National were amazing in helping us get on the road asap. The lady at the desk, Destiny, let us check out several large minivans and SUVs in the garage. When we said they might not be big enough, she called around to find us something. She even went next door to Enterprise and managed to track down a cargo van for us at an enterprise location in Manhatten. The service here was amazing. I can't recommend the staff and location highly enough. Destiny totally saved our 1000mi move.
