Customer Service at Enterprise Rent-A-Car was stupendous. They have a Professional group of men and women that are extremely attentive to your needs. They are patient and willing to answer any questions you may have. They get you in and out. The condition of the car was well maintained, clean and operated smoothly. I'm glad I chose this location to rent my car. Thanks again for all your hard work and making your customers happy!
The service was pretty OK, except.they were very cold and matter of fact. And fees were added on (like second driver) without explaining ahead. I was told about this fee after he handed me the keys at the car. And, although I rented at 5pm on Wednesday to return at 4:30pm on Saturday, I was told that was 4 days and that the car had to be returned by 1pm because they closed at 2. I thought a 24 hour period was a day, but at this place, since 24 hours covered 2 calendar days it was counted as 2 days. I won't go.back.
I received okay customer service. To be honest I've had better but with that being said. I got a car that looked beautiful (Nissan Sentra - royal blue) but when I drove it it drove like a car they've had for 10 years. The cars in this location you can tell are not taken very good car of by the renters and if I was going out of state driving I might have went to either a different location or different rental company.
This Enterprise location is very professional the Manager Karim, William, and Tourean were very friendly, they handled my insurance payment issues with ease. This is the location......Great eye Candy too ladies.....
Only know 2 staff members by name but will not give them special shout outs because all staff had played a part to ensure my experience with them was the absolute best. All questions answered, all problems i had were handled with their help, they were able to figure which reservation was mine before I told them, and though the days I went for pick up and drop off were busy mornings, they handled everyone swiftly & smoothly so I did not have to wait long at all.
