Tasty cocktails, wonderful pasta and solid meat and fish dishes. Service was fabulous and the space has a warm feel to it. I had the pleasure of attending a private dinner in a small back room. Lovely experience!

Really enjoyed our dinner here tonight. Salads, entrees, pasta and pizza were great. Had a Brunello with it. Lovely!

Well, this is a first time I'm reviewing the restaurant I've never even been to. Tried to arrange the birthday celebration (party of 10) in two weeks. Called Leuca 3 (!!!) times, and every time a very rude hostess (or whoever answers the phone there) was telling me (clearly annoyed with me calling again) that someone will get back to me within 24 hours. It's been four days, no one did, obviously. I booked another place. Very disappointed. And I've been Andrew Carmellini's fan for years...not anymore.

I live down the block so I go there a lot and every time I had 5 star service, food, and drinks. The hostesses are so nice, once they even walked me out once after my meal, which I never had before in a restaurant. They give you unlimited fresh baked bread with quality oil, so you never leave hungry and they give you a home made chocolate even if you don't get desert. The waiters are the best I've ever had, they aren't just servers they are passionate about food. They take pride in discussing options with you. Every one you talk to has a smile. Now for the food. Eating at Leuca isn't like eating just anywhere. I see it as going to a museum- a food gallery. The way the chefs combine flavors in just the right amounts to create a flawless masterpiece. I hate mushrooms and goat cheese but when I go to Leuca I always get a meal with mushrooms or goat cheese. The way they cook it and combine it is truly a work of art. I'm sure that anything I order there will be amazing. Go and enjoy! You won't regret it.

I've been three times and love it even though I think there pasta and pizzas let down an otherwise fabulous menu. They are not terrible, but I'd stick to the antipasti, the large format dishes, the salads -- pretty much everything else is DELICIOUS! Their pastry chef ROCKS! The chocolate pistachio croissant is worth driving over to buy from the bar. Actually, all of their pistachio based dishes are stunning.

Don't eat too much bread. You'll be tempted, but save that room for the other dishes.

Also, I love the room with the bar. It's beautiful with nice light considering the place is downstairs. The other sections are cozy too and they have a really nice private room.
