Hi, I really recommend Living word Pharmacy. I work in a facility and my patients are exited to get there medication delivered to the Home address They ask for time person will be Home for delivery Drop Off, I really recommended Best Pharmacy ever .They also Are great helping patient with co payment for medications, Delivery process Depending on insurance Authorization and Approvals.Bobby is a very reliable person very hard Working man is Busy but very but reliable, They are Responsible patient care is highly important .They call patients for Information regarding medications delays and any problems. IF YOU FEEL IS AN EMERGENCY FOR YOUR MEDICATION AND SERIOUS YOU SHOULD GO PICK IT UP DELIVERY ARE MEET FOR NON EMERGENCY ONLY .people have to understand there not the only person in the world waiting there are others to waiting just like you are.
My sons prescription was sent to this pharmacy at 3pm on Monday December 12th, While on my way there to pick up his prescription, I received a call offering a delivery of the prescription ( and that was great since my child was sick) I went home and no delivery arrived. I called the pharmacy At 6:58 pm to confirm the delivery. I was advised that the delivery will come that night as promised even if the pharmacy was closed. ( my son needed his medicine immediately, But i still waited, giving this pharmacy credit) nevertheless, the delivery never arrived. The following day, December 13th ( today) i called to inquire about the unfulfilled promise. The person on the phone ( who calls himself bobby but i'm not sure if that is true) apologized and called the delivery driver who still had my prescription since last night. He reconfirmed another delivery. A few hours later i received a call telling me that i need to come and pick up the prescription because his driver is upset that he can not find the location ( a huge building on the corner of a busy street). Besides the huge inconvenience and 24 hour delay in my child receiving his medicine, The person on the phone proceeded to yell at me AND have an attitude because i am upset that they can not fulfill a service that was offered, Not requested. This is highly unacceptable. I will be complaining to every single outlet that is willing to listen and filing every complaint possible. Due to the lack or urgency, sincerity and complete level of disrespect given by this associate.
