Good customer service. Tickets are cheap. Nice and clean place. They offer pizza to eat and it's delicious. Just a few places to sit and eat, but you can eat while watching a movie, nobody cares. Sound and video of the movies are good. You can sit on any seat you like. Works until late night. Convenient location.
This theatre has many floors but most do not have the popcorn counter going. It is suggested to get your stuff on the main level. It is pretty easy to get to the different floors with the escalators and there are different vending candy machines and video games dispersed on different floors. The staff is usually pretty polite and well mannered. You can pre-purchase tickets here or buy at the counter. There is usually only one or two people staffing the box office so the wait may be 5-7 minutes depending on the needs of the people in front of you. There are kiosks to buy tickets as well. Bathrooms are usually pretty clean.
Great theater. Lots of screens, good audio. No premium concessions, same old nachos and popcorn. It is a regal, so you can rack up points pretty quick and get free concession. Crowd is good and staff are friendly.
Great movie house. In a good location downtown. I think that they prices are high. Senior pay 12.20 that's too much. They have all the movies and a clean place. I go every now and then when I go downtown.
They ruined the movie I was going to see. They started the movie late, failed to set up the projector properly so the top and bottom of the movie was cropped off, and they played the wrong version of the movie. I've never experienced this level of incompetence at a movie theater. The only thing I'll give them is that when I asked for a refund, they followed through and refunded the ticket. Still never coming back here again.
