I went in to ask about wedding bands and the staff was very nice from the start–low key, not pushy. I had a ring resized in less than 10 minutes and have to say this is a fine jewelry store.
The reviews here are legit. It doesn't seem like the modest jewelry shop it is, but the sales team is friendly and honest. While I got my watch links removed I saw two others get assistance. The service was just natural.
