Resized my vintage engagement ring to fit perfectly, and explained the process thoroughly so I knew what was going on. When I got my ring back, it was polished so well that everything sparkled - and I hadn't even asked for it to be cleaned. Great service, wish I had a reason to go there more often!

He also cleaned my ring and made it shine more then I have ever seen it shine! He said I could come back and he would shine it for me whenever I wanted. Bonus: He also has a super cute dog!

I had such a positive experience with Court Street Jewelers. I recently purchased an antique ring that needed a little work. I was aware of the little shop on Court Street, but didn’t know much about it. Seeing great review after great review convinced me it would be the best place to take my ring. I am so happy to say I was 100% right about that. I’m pretty sure the ring looks better now than it did when it was first made over 100 years ago, and the stone that was loose is now snuggly set in its prongs. Service was quick, kind, and courteous. I will be returning to this jeweler in the future.
I went in not knowing what I wanted or what I was looking at. Jacob tried his best to fit my budget and in the end helped me customize a gift for my wife that I am hoping stays in our family for generations. He cleaned and boxed it up for me free of charge. Knowledgeable no nonsense guy.
