Most of the staff is knowledgeable but the Knowledge Bar was beyond horrible. I bought a desktop PowerSpec PC with a SSD and separately extra Internal Hard Drive and asked Knowledge Bar department to install it inside the PC. After waiting 1 hour they brought the closed box with PC and I went home.

Awesome place to get tech. Sometimes the sales are pretty sweet and cheap. The customer service is really good as well; everytime I go here, there's at least 2-3 people who ask if I need help even though I don't even ask them for it. Always my go to place to get tech
This place is awesome... Its a better buy than best buy and they have a much wider selection especially on PC parts. Many manufacturers to choose from not just the most popular sellers. U can buy super low end stuff all the way up to top tier stuff. I love this place and wish they had more locations!
I opened up the box at home to see the PC and noticed a lot of noise inside the PC while I unpack it. I opened the side panel of computer and saw both hard drives hanging on the wires without any support, without being attached to the metal hardware walls of computer. So all that means that they could not properly install the extra Internal Hard Drive but also detached the existing Solid State Drive inside the computer. Only insane or totally irresponsible people could do that much damage.
They have so much stuff here. You can get everything you need to build yourself a PC from parts. They are what Radio Shack wished it could be. Their prices are very competitive and they also have a knowledge bar. They have a large parking lot with free parking so if you have a car, it's definitely a good way to get there.
