This is one of the friendliest places I have been to in my life , I have been to alot of dealerships with my parents and on my own in a search for a car , A friendly man named Nelson had helped my search showed me everything on the price breakdown , showed me multiple cars and allowed me to take my time to try and search the cars , He kept his word with letting me come back and keeping our deal price. Unfortunately I was unable to purchase the car but I had put a down payment and he gave me my full refund within a couple minutes of coming back. I will hopefully come back and purchase the car within the next couple of months
Great customer service when selling. Really nice lady at front desk. Poor management follow-up and dishonest with details of sale, including price inflation. Buyer beware.
I went to this dealership to look at a car. The car in question had been sitting on the lot for 6 months. The people who run this place are scam artists out for your money. The car was in bad shape, was not roadworthy (bald tires,severe) and they were asking what it would be worth in the kelley blue book if it was in good condition which it was not. I would definitely take your money elsewhere.
Terrible staff won't answer simple questions. There price you see is a bit and switch or a buyer's premium is added. Looked at a great truck and then told there's an additional$1900 on top of price. Liars if you ask me.
The prices on the web are just not true. They add like 3k on the top of the advertised price because of various fees that other dealers don't do. You might end up with a fair price if you bargain well but you have to be careful. Cars are not cleaned.
