I will be back and hope the students they get next season get a little more training.

For Brooklyn, you can't beat Nelly Bly! This is a sweet little outdoor amusement park for kids only. Their rates are fair, rides are safe and secure, customer service is horrible and food options are low grade. But, focus on the kids happiness and on the rides... And that's what matters most.

We showed up on a friday afternoon at 1:30 pm. The girl at the ticket booth recommended an unlimited pass, which I gladly purchased. However, at 3 pm my daughter was informed she could no longer use her UNLIMITED bracelet to go on the rides. When I addressed my concern with the same girl at the ticket booth, she LIED and said she had informed me about the time restrictions prior to my purchase. I told her she was clearly lying and that she should've informed me about the time restrictions before selling me something. She became confrontational and said it did not matter because the unlimited bracelet was still the best option, even though we only used it for 1.5 hrs. I told her that is not up to her to decide and that she should always disclose the time restrictions before tricking customers to buy "unlimited bands." Shame on these people!

Fun for the whole family. They charge tickets per ride. You definitely get a better value if you buy more tickets in one go, split with a friend if you can. You should take a quick walk around the park and calculate how many tickets you'll need prior to purchasing them. They also have pizza and snacks for sale.

It's very unfortunate that the girl at the ride was so unprofessional and plain rude but it is the owner's swift actions upon hearing of the incident that earns this good review.

They have college kids working there which naturally can be a problem if they have an attitude. We had one issue with a girl toward the end of the day that said a child could not ride because they were too short. I politely said if she walked around to see the measuring stick she would clearly see the child was tall enough. At that point, the girl said: "I don't give a f*** and you're not gonna pay me if I get fired for this". I was horrified and asked her not to use such foul mouth in front of my children and told her I would be discussing her cations with her boss . At which point she said, "I wasn't talkin to you, I can say whatever I want". After the group behind mine expressed concern with her behavior and said the child was in fact tall enough, she allowed the child on. When we exited the ride we immediately located the owner who promptly expressed his deepest regret for the girl's actions and took care to make sure we left the park as happy customers who will return.

we visited today, they have very reasonable ticket packages, and the vast majority of the rides cost only one ticket. there is food there and we were able to bring our own food into the park. there is a lot of free parking which is a huge plus in Brooklyn. the staff was all very friendly and pleasant. it was during the succos holiday and they had a separate kosher food area with a rabbi and they also had a succah with plenty of picnic tables inside.

It's my first time visiting this park. Overall, it was a great experience! The ticket prices are neither pricey nor cheap. $80 for 30 tickets. Most kid's rides are $1, so if you have several kids, it can add up. Snack choices are not many, but the ones there are also a little costly compared to a regular store or shop. Cleanliness is very good at this park and so are the staff.
