Worst realty company ever. Cannot trust that they are working for your best interest, they are always working against you. I don't see how they are still in business.
Do not deal with B. H. Tal, despite how helpful they may seem at first. After promising over and over again to help us out and advocate for us with a landlord they continually did not read over the documents we shared with them, were very disorganized and ignorant, and never replied to our messages without us prompting them continually. After having been promised a move in date of four days ago, we have finally received our application deposit back from them (lucky they gave it back to us at all...) and are being forced to move out of our current apartment without a new place to go to. Standard turnover for an application should be 24-48 hours, B.H. Tal took more than one week, and that was only because we were continually following up with them. It is not worth your time and frustration, no matter how good the apartment is.
Always answers when you need them. Quick and reliable. I recommend them to all of my friends. You cannot go wrong with them
If you want to waste hours of your life, come on down!
