Unbelievable service. They showed up when they said they would. Extremely courteous, professional and talk about fast. They gained access to my apartment with ease and cleaned after themselves leaving me no mess at all. Very reasonable prices.
UNPROFESSIONAL CHEATS!!!! A man told me $100 on the phone but ended up charging me $175 for simply drilling a hole through the cylinder -- saying that it was "very hard" to do. After he left and I went inside the apartment, I observed that the inner lock was in such a position that he did not need to drill a hole. He could have opened it with his other tools. THIEVES!!
