Supervisor Ms. White that has no manners what so ever and should be terminated immediately from her employment in this governmental facility. You cannot put a person in charge that speaks to people without listening and taking note of what is being advised to her and to the agency to make the experience of re-establishing their Social Security card less of a hassle. Two forms of ID are required to prove your identity. If the agency advises in a situation where the person is completely homeless and lost all forms of ID to go to a free clinic, where they can and will provide that person with a document that can be used as 1 of the IDs required, then by the same token, Social Security Card Center, absolutely MUST provide a list of free clinics. Make people's lives easier that have hit rock-bottom, instead of passing the bucket and have those that lost everything run around from one place to another to re-start their lives. They have no money, they have no help and they sure cannot be told that it is none of the agency's business and not the agency's responsibility to provide that type of information.

If you hang up the phone on a person who is attempting to speak to you, give you an advise that you should take a note of and pass on to your superiors to make the above described experience much less cumbersome, you do not deserve nor belong in that line of work and should not be let anywhere near other human beings. A supervisor is the face of the agency and must show an exemplary behavior, patience and courtesy when speaking and most importantly listening when spoken to. You managed to insult yourself by showing your lack of professionalism and demonstrated that you are not worthy of your title. If someone is reading this that is above Ms. White, terminate her employment ASAP!! She tortures people that come in crisis and in need of assistance.
