Friendly environment; our salesperson Mary-Jean introduced herself, gave us the space to browse and was there when we needed her. We had all of our questions answered in a straight forward and non sales pitchy kind of way.
Ok so I made a big purchase, i finally get my delivery after a few words over the phone and $400 delivery charge. Bang the bed came with the wrong rails and legs to support the box springs and mattress. This morning we call and i hear oh you gonna have to purchase these because you bought a floor sample. Well well well you didn't seem to be singing that song to me when i was counting out $9400 dollars cash in your store. Someone better come up with a solution ASAP. I'm not a happy camper
