Their flowers are always fresh and they stay fresh for long period of time. The reason why I gave them 3 stars is because they still have some minor things that they have to improve to make difference to my and customers shopping experiences. I can't speak for everybody but when I order a flower arrangement I expect it to look completely alive when I pick up. Today, when I picked up a flower for my mom it was little bit faded meaning some flowers looked like they were beat and doesn't look appearing. So, please "Avenue J Florist" try and handle flowers with care rather than like they're some broom that you have to sell. Most of the times customer service is great however some adolescent guys that work there rude AF and don't have manners. Overall it's one of the BEST florist in Brooklyn.
Received wilted flowers and when we called to advise that the product was not fresh a gentleman by the name of Gus had a " TOO BAD , TOO SAD " attitude. Will not be ordering from this establishment ever again. Terrible product and horrific
Delivered exactly on due date per my request at a given time. The receiver was delighted. I’m happy with their service over all. Keep it constant guys, I might as well make Ave J Florist my #1 choice especially the distance and location is super convenient.
Needed a last minute refund and they were quick, understanding, polite, and effective. Will be coming in to buy something soon.
