Service is TERRIBLE. I made an appointment for 11:30, and I was told to arrive 15min early so I got there at 11:15. They didn't get to me until 12:30. Waiting this long for a *scheduled* appointment is totally unreasonable. Why even bother with appointments? Huge waste of my time.
I went there for reissue my tax refund...it only took less than 10 min... so damn good
Best service. Very quick. They give a great value of time. As soon as u enter the building you have to go thru custom like an airport. Safe place. Nice environment.
The UZEXPRESS LLC(Franklin,OH) give 10 employees illegal 1099 ,helping them open company for taking down tax by used triple same expenses!and how to report it or make the company pay for W2 by legal !the boss owned all equipments companies was designs line plan,including time and address by John (UZ's dispatcher)
Peter Kirby was extremely helpful and had me out the door in 30 minutes. There's something to be said for a public government office where the employees are genuinely as friendly as they are helpful.
